SENATE BILL NO. 86 "An Act relating to funds transfers under the               
Uniform Commercial Code; changing Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure               
82; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 86 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                 
and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
